- Organize education, training, seminar and workshops, and develop human resources required for the competitive management of cooperatives and unions.
- As the promotional body of the Nepalese Cooperative movement, launch various training and education programs to the members of different capacities with the collaboration of its member organizations.
- Training and education programs include training on management, leadership, account, cooperative education, etc. Other programs are also designed as per the need and demand of the cooperative societies/unions, national and international non-governmental organizations and so on.
- NCF/N aims to promote and build the image of the cooperative movement. For the said cause, it undertakes publication and distribution of a variety of cooperative literature including monthly bulletin called “Shakari Sandesh”. The newspaper includes coverage of cooperative news, views, articles and profiles of cooperatives.
- Launch publicity programs for creating an awareness of cooperative spirit among the people and for accelerating and widening the cooperative movement and cooperative activities in a healthy manner.
